Michael A. Vespi, PE

Michael A. Vespi’s PE broad-based career has given him the hands-on knowledge of development, general contracting construction/project management, securing project financing, conducting due diligence, and client relationship management, specializing in maximized return on investment and facilities management. That combined with his Civil Engineering degree and over 35 years of construction, development and facilities management allows him to perform successfully in a competitive business market.

Michael A. Vespi, PE has completed over 350 million dollars of construction projects, which included hotel/casino projects, single family residences, multi-family complexes, custom residents, commercial, high-rise condominium, medical, institutional, gaming, retail and commercial tenant improvement work.

Mr. Vespi, has performed and directed responsibility for pre-development, designs, construction, sales, budgeting, subcontractor trade contract negotiations and scheduling, accounts payable/receivable, customer relations, construction site logistics/supervision, inventory control, job completion follow-up, and employee hiring/training for all types of development and construction projects.
